Benza has been producing Psy-trance since 1997, with releases on Tribeadelic Records, Green Ant Records and Demon Tea Recordings. His music has been described as “proper psychedelia” with “everything you ever needed to fly.” (DJ Times magazine, November 2001.) As a professional jazz musician, his music presents a unique fusion of sound, at once seriously funky and confrontingly psychedelic, whilst maintaining core elements of melody and groove. He has played alongside such artists as Talamasca, Joti Sidhu, Ubar Tmar, Absolom, Nomad, Texas Faggott, Saafi Connection, Atomic Pulse and Mark Allen at festivals such as Rainbow Serpent and French Island, recently returning from a massively successful tour of Japan.
